Support for the ‘Neskoreni’ children’s charity tour

In October 2024, Way of Hearts Foundation received an unusual request: children from the Ukrainian ‘Neskoreni’ contemporary dance project were setting off on a charity tour to Spain.The aim of the tour was to raise funds for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and it was supported by the Ukrainian Consulate in Barcelona. The foundation’s task was to cover the children’s accommodation needs for theduration of the performances.

Why this matters

Advocating for our country’s needs among EU citizens and the local Ukrainian diaspora is one of the priority tasks for maintaining consistently high support for Ukraine during wartime.

How the foundation helped

Thanks to one of the foundation’s members, our team fully covered the accommodation needs of the 50 group members in Barcelona during the fundraising performances.The project was implemented with the support of the Consulate General of Ukraine in Barcelona and the active assistance of the city council (Aguantament).
