WTKA 2026 KICKBOXING WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP IN ITALY

Representatives of the “DOBRO” Fight Club approached the Foundation with a request to support their athletes’ trip to the 2026 WTKA World Kickboxing Championships, held in Italy in October.

Four young athletes supported by the Foundation qualified for the international competition thanks to their previous sporting achievements. The team included: Danylo Vorobiov — 2025 WTKA Muay Thai World Champion and multiple-time Ukrainian champion; Denys Klatsun — Ukrainian kickboxing champion and multiple medalist at national competitions; Artem Klatsun — European kickboxing bronze medalist and multiple-time Ukrainian champion; Matvii Halaichuk — WTKA World Champion in kickboxing and Muay Thai, and multiple-time winner of national competitions.

HOW THE FOUNDATION HELPED:

The Foundation allocated financial support ensuring the athletes could cover their travel to Italy, lodging, and event-related expenses.

WHY IT MATTERS:

The athletes from “DOBRO” Fight Club continued their winning streak and once again successfully represented Ukraine on the international stage. The team has won 31 medals across 12 athletes overall.

At the World Championships, the Foundation’s beneficiaries earned the following medals: Matvii Halaichuk — 3 gold medals; Danylo Vorobiov — 1 gold medal; Denys Klatsun — 2 silver medals

The Foundation is proud to have helped make this trip possible and supported these young athletes in representing Ukraine on the world stage.
